how you can help renew andi mack

hello readers!

as many of you probably know, disney channel cancelled andi mack back in april, meaning that the third season would be andi mack's last. on july 26 of this year, the series finale of andi mack aired, which means andi mack is technically over.

fans of the show trended six hashtags on twitter in hopes that disney would take notice and possibly renew the show for a fourth time, but unfortunately that hasn't happened.

people then turned to a popular streaming network known as hulu, asking them to pick up andi mack on their network and continue the show there. viewers also promised that if the show was renewed on the network, they would subscribe to the streaming service, as hulu is a paid network.

hulu received thousands of requests for a fourth season of andi mack, and began to tell fans that they were working on getting the rights from disney so that they could finally renew the show. 

we can help hulu out! today i chatted with someone named mariya, who works as a chat advisor for shopdisney, and she told me that i should email feedback@disneychannel.co.uk. i emailed disney channel asking them to either renew the show on their network or allow hulu to have the rights to the show, and i'll share my response with you when i get one!

while the email address is based in the united kingdom, anyone from anywhere in the world can email it. if a large amount of people email disney, hopefully they can truly see how much this show means to us and the show can get the fourth season it deserves.

when emailing disney, there are a few things you need to remember!

• be polite. disney won't want to grant the wish of someone who was rude or threatening. telling them you'll never watch disney again or using unkind words will drastically decrease the chances of andi mack getting a fourth season.

• share your story. how has andi mack directly impacted your life? tell disney that. if they see how powerful this show has been for people, they'll feel more inclined to renew/sell the show.

• use proper grammar. asking disney to renew "andy mac" will make it look like you don't care about the show enough to learn how to spell its title. try not to have run-on sentences either. run-on sentences are very hard to read, and disney will probably just delete your email if they can't even read it.

• include reasoning. why would a fourth season of the show mean something to you? why is it important that andi mack is renewed? just putting "dear disney, please renew andi mack" or "disney, can you sell andi mack to hulu?" and then immediately clicking 'send' is not very persuasive.
